Valliant vs Henryetta tonight. Girls game starts at 6:00 pm. After consultation with OSSAA, the boys game can start prior to 8:00 pm. We will assess the situation tonight. Boys will start 15 min after the girls game but no sooner than 7:30.

Valliant vs. Henryetta Class 3A District Basketball Championship at Valliant 6:00/8:00 pm Tuesday Admission is $7.00 for all fans. The OSSAA has mandated that masks must be worn in the gym at all times by everyone in attendance that is not playing in the game. Bring a mask and come support your Bulldogs. Attendance is limited to 50% capacity.

Valliant Schools will be back in school on Monday. Looking forward to seeing all our students and staff. Please use caution as some side roads may still have slick spots.

It’s a Snow Week! The Valliant Public Schools will be dismissing school and moving to Distance Learning for the rest of the week (16th - 18th). Be safe and stay warm.

Don’t forget it’s Senior Night at Bulldog Gymnasium. Senior night will begin at 5:30. Free to attend. As soon as Sr Night concludes we will clear the Gym and begin entry for the Basketball Games vs Idabel. Gates open at 6. You must have a ticket to enter the Gym. All attendees must pay the admission fee of $5. For those that cannot attend, the games will stream live on the NFHS Network!

Parents, Students, and Friends, The Valliant Schools will be dismissing at 12:50pm on Thursday, Feb 11. Buses will run at 1:00 pm. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. We will be hosting a funeral on campus at 2:00 and many of our staff and students have indicated that they would be attending. Valentine deliveries made to the school must be received prior to 11:00 am. Elementary deliveries should be made to the Rock Gym. MS deliveries should be made to the South entry of the Middle School Safe Room. HS deliveries should be made to the Scroggins Room. Basketball Fans, On Thursday night the Atoka Wampus Cats come to town for Basketball. JV Boys play at 5:00. The Girls will get underway at 6:30 and the Boys will play at 8:00. All fans attending the contest must have a printed admission ticket to enter the gym. A $5 admission fee will be charged at the gate. OSSAA passes are accepted. If you don't have a ticket or can't make it, don't forget you can watch Valliant Bulldog Basketball home games live on the NFHS Network. Parents, Patrons, and Friends, Yesterday, we made an announcement concerning Valentine deliveries at the school. Due to the late date of that announcement and our desire to make sure our community partners and local businesses do not suffer further during this pandemic, we have reversed our position. We will be accepting deliveries as we have in the past. There may be changes in how and where those deliveries are made and how they are ultimately delivered, due to Covid and manpower shortages, but we are committed and will do our best. Craig Wall

The Valliant Boys vs. Haworth game for tonight has been cancelled due to Covid. We will be playing a Varsity Girls game at 6:30 followed by a JV Girls game. Girls game will be streamed live on NFHS Network.

Valliant Basketball will be hosting the Haworth Lions tonight for an MC-6 Conference Game. The Girls will start at 6:30 and the Boys will follow around 8:00. Remember, we are using the seating guidelines from Governor Stitt's Executive Order, only 4 fans per participant will be allowed to enter. All attendees must have an admission ticket to enter the gym and must pay the admission fee at the gate. If you don't have an admission ticket due to seating limitations, you can join us live on the NFHS Network at nfhsnetwork.com. We have our scoreboard issues solved and all should be working tonight.

Parents, Patrons, and Friends, We have faced many challenges this year with the Covid-19 Pandemic. Another challenge faces us with Valentine's Day approaching. As you know, we have limited many activities this year that would require visitors coming to school. This year due to Covid concerns and due to the fact that Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday, we are asking that you not send Valentine gifts to school. This is a difficult decision and we know that this may cause some inconvenience, we hope that you understand our position in trying to keep your children safe. Further, we encourage you to support your local businesses and have items delivered to your home. Craig Wall, Supt.

Basketball Fans, The OSSAA Playoffs are just around the corner. Today the OSSAA released Guidelines for Basketball for the 2021 Playoffs. I have attached a copy of those Guidelines. Please take a look at them. Masks will be required for every person in attendance including cheerleaders. Just start being familiar and be prepared.

Valliant Parents and Students, There will be NO Grab and Go Meals on Thursday, Jan. 28.

Parents, Students, and Patrons, We were notified this afternoon that a member of our Cafeteria staff has tested positive for the Covid-19 virus. Unfortunately, due to contact tracing, this case has exposed all of our other members of Cafeteria staff. As a result, we will be unable to have in-person school tomorrow, Thursday, January 28. Thursday, will become a Virtual Day. We are making plans to return to school on Monday, February 1.

On Tuesday afternoon, we were notified that two additional staff members at Valliant Elementary had tested positive for Covid-19. No additional quarantines were required as a result of these cases.
